- Click on the start tab (bottom left on most screens)
- Select the "outlook" or Outlook Express from the list of program choices.
- Open the Tools Tab
4. Now press the accounts tab from the drop down menu.
5. Select the "Mail" tab from the list of choices and click Add from the right.
6. Now select Mail then New from the next screen.
7. Enter your name the way you want others who read your mail to see it.
8. Click the next button and use the following information in your settings.
Click the next button and fill out the following with your account information.
1) enter your "firstname.lastname@example.org" again and your password. Remember your password is case sensitive. If you password for example is dogsandcats, DogsandCats will not work because you capitalized the D and the C.
Click the next button and then finish and you're ready to go!!
